NutritionalSupplement4Fitness.com only accepts returns under the following conditions listed below. Due to federal, state and local regulations, we cannot accept any returns for products that have been opened. We also cannot accept returns for ordering errors that were not the fault of our website and or order processing department.
Any orders returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected and no credit will be issued.
- Damage to the product incurred during shipping
- Receipt of product(s) other then actually ordered
Return Process
- Returns must be received by NutritionalSupplement4Fitness.com within 30 days of purchase.
- A return authorization number must be issued for all returns.
- Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer-no COD returns.
- Please insure your package.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns.
- Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.
- Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us by UPS for any reason,
the additional shipping charges and a $3.00 service charge will be charged
to your account without prior notice.
Damages
In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:
UPS shipments - Keep the damaged product in its original box with the
packing material. Contact NutritionalSupplement4Fitness.com within
24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product
name. NutritionalSupplement4Fitness.com will notify UPS. UPS will pick
up the damaged product and return it to us. NutritionalSupplement4Fitness.com
will issue credit to your account.
